I guess I must have been pretty slow the day before because although Kevin and Kathy's suggestion to visit Canyon Lake was an excellent one, the ride was over very quickly (especially since I somehow goofed and didn't get to do the final part of the loop around the lake). I considered what I could do for the rest of the few hours I had left with the bike as I drove back towards San Antonio. Since I had loads of time, I visited a neighbourhood called "Big Springs" where the houses were built around a central area and each had a name, one being Village on the Glen.

There was also a neighbourhood across 281 that I couldn't figure out how to get into but that I took this picture of.
